Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping on orders over $100 within the US. International shipping rates vary.
Can I return or exchange my wig if I’ve worn it?
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on worn wigs. However, if there is a defect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we'll resolve the issue.
Can I change or cancel my order after it’s been placed?
We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery, so changes or cancellations can only be made within 30 minutes of placing your order. Please contact us immediately if you need to make adjustments.
